The PSTC manual includes set ups, test methods, and cleaning procedures for the testing of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes. The 16th edition of PSTC’s Test Methods contains standard quality control procedures for PSA tape testing in the laboratory, as well as measuring the performance characteristics of tapes. PSTC was founded in 1953 to promote the manufacture of PSA tape products for quality and performance considerations. PSTC continues to be the leading North American voice in the design and use of pressure sensitive tapes, establishing test methods and developing standard nomenclature for the PSA industry.
